Fill out the following form. When you're done, you will be given an ID number for your submission. Please mail your short film within 30 days of submitting. MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE YOUR ID NUMBER WITH ALL MAILED MATERIALS.
Shorts submitted for evaluation by the Selecting Committee must be high quality, original works in widescreen in format DVD video and a digital copy stored on a DVD –data (hi definition 1280x720 in QuickTime .MOV h264 or .AVI format using .DIVX codec). The sound must be normalized at 0DB or 3DB as the maximum peak. Copies must be subtitled in Spanish or English and produced after January 1st. 2011. The organizers could request additional proof of the date of production and the short film disqualified if found in violation of this requisite.
